• Walk on the ‘Possum Trail’ (Pilta Trail) by day. In spring take the native orchid guide and spot some little wonders popping out the ground. Alternatively book a ‘Night Walk Experience’ where you are able to help owners undertake a fauna survey as part of a responsible wildlife release site (walks past sunset are NOT permitted unless with owners as part of an experience.
• Pack up your grazing platter in the picnic bag and walk the ‘Possum Trail’ to the ‘Koala Rest’ to have your wine and food as if the world didn’t exist! All is detailed on a mud maps in Kitchen on check-in and even sneak peaks on our socials!

• Drive to nearby stunning Stirling or Mt Lofty gardens in Autumn (the autumn colours are splendid) or visit the many thousands of amazing cafes, wineries, eateries and more, that SA offers down through the gorgeous Fleurieu region.

Smelling the sunshine or dancing in the rain, nature is true medicine with no shortage of fresh air at Totoka. 22 acres on the urban fringe of Adelaide!

Additional notes:

• NO smoking (including vaping) is permitted on TOTOKA private property. Care is essential when on our property being in a high-risk bush fire zone and wellbeing of native fauna.
• When walking on ‘Possum Trail’ please ensure closed in shoes as the mini beasts/reptiles may enjoy your toes and their bite comes with a bang which we encourage to avoid!
• Adrianne and David are both first aid trained (ex-teacher and ex-police) and stress importance staying on the Possum Trail, only walk the trail along by day, as deviating lower into our dense bushland or walking after sunset is NOT PERMITTED! There are many hazards and we are ensuring we protect YOU AND our wildlife with limited footprints.
• Visitors are NOT permitted, max 2 persons per stay.
• Full refund or transfer of accomodation as per T&C’s on declared ‘Catastrophic’ Fire danger days when Totoka is closed.

• 100% South Aussie crafted seasonal goodies (organic and/or chemical free) awaiting your arrival in refrigeration & platter in Ataahua Kitchen. Complimented with bottle of organic wine made here in SA!

• Pack up your grazing platter in the picnic basket provided and walk the ‘Possum Trail’ to the ‘Koala Rest’ (map provided) to have your afternoon tea truly immersed in nature OR simply relax in Aroha on the ottoman with your platter!

• Provided in ‘Ataahua’ kitchen fridge ready for you to wake and cook up a storm; Totoka Eggs, SA smoked Bacon, organic seasonal produce, Spelt Bread, Totoka organic jam, organic GF muesli and selection of organic coconut milk and organic SA dairy milk! PLUS Extract Black coffee beans/T-Bar tea/chocolate (see drinks).
