A registry style ceremony, elopement, photography backdrop, nature retreat or an occasion that requires that extra special WOW factor, Totoka is a unique option!

We offer only 2 SHINDIG packages:

• ‘Castaway’ is our Wedding Ceremony Package.

• ‘TOTOKA’ , is individually designed to suit every occasion where we quote after obtaining full details.

SHINDIGS include the northern and western grounds of our homestead, lawned areas, driveways, 1 toilet/handbasin, kitchen, coffee roastery, grounds around Villa and the owners as barista/chaperones/venue manager! 

Totoka is a nature retreat. Loud music, receptions and parking on public road is NOT permitted due to council regulations, together with our own vision of TOTOKA to remain a hidden Oasis. Our breathtaking views, tranquil setting and the ‘sounds of nature’, is the magic of Totoka that beholds anyone who visits.

Keeping it seamless, we are happy to discuss and quote the following IN-House options at Totoka:

• Wedding Cake

• Flowers

• Rose Petals: aisle, cones, entrance, ceremony area, creative as you desire!

• Live Piano

OUR recommendations on reliable SUPPLIERS such as caterers, photographers, florists, live musicians,  etc can be asked of us, however with SO MANY amazing & talented souls in the wedding industry, we refuse to list in case we miss someone!

CASTAWAY = UNIQUE Registry style/Elopement Ceremony with a VIEW and packed with LOVE!

• 2hr venue hire + inclusions below. Public holiday surcharge applies.

• EXAMPLE: 11am arrive/11:30am ceremony/11:45am signing registry, photos/12:30pm coffee, drinks in coffee roastery/1pm departure.

• Totoka Chaperone assisting with welcoming, witness and preparation/serving of drinks Coffee Roastery.

• Drinks included: coffee, tea, chocolate, soda water, iced water. BYO preferred beverages.

• LIVE piano music from coffee roastery for arrival and post ceremony drinks.

• 6″ Wedding Cake – choices of mud, white mud, orange, allergen friendly additional surcharge, thin vegan butter cream icing and topped with flowers. Excess packed to take home.

• Pick-your-own bouquet and buttonhole. Optional upgrade to have done upon arrival.

• Beautiful petite metal signing table set up in ‘picturesque placement’ to suit time of day ceremony/photography.

• Totoka will setup/pack up of ceremony, which includes signing table, coffee roastery allowing couple to arrive and enjoy their special moment.

• Hire includes Totoka beautiful grounds including use for photography.

• Pre-wedding meeting at Totoka to confirm location of ceremony, signing table location – welcome to double with meeting with celebrant in our coffee roastery!

• This is a true elopement package…No stress, No huge expense as minimal guests!

• Deposit non-refundable 50% to confirm booking with full amount due 45 days prior or payment in full if booking under 45 days.
